OUR MISSION

Descendants of '76

The Descendants of '76 Chapter, a member of Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR) is comprised of a group of dynamic and interesting women who share an interest in community service and a dedication to patriotism. Our membership history includes one of the first female aviators in the U.S., a space shuttle astronaut, a United States Ambassador, and many other women with significant professional and personal accomplishments.

New Members

We enthusiastically welcome new members who bring their energy and ideas to our chapter. Our registrar can assist you with your papers. Please join us for a meeting to meet our members!

Freedom Petals

Freedom Petals attended the November meeting at the chapter house. It is called 'Petals with a purpose - turning discarded flowers into bedside bouquets for hospice patients and veterans.' The flower arrangement was delivered in a mug, so they had a permanent keepsake!
